1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ink786", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the ink786 platform at https://ink786.cam.
• "Platform" means the ink786 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services made available to players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ink786 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated at the time of issuance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transaction currency on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a legally binding agreement between you and ink786.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an Account.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on ink786, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ink786 is an adult-only platform. We apply a zero-tolerance policy to underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, and not a corporate entity or legal fiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that using ink786 complies with applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion order, either placed voluntarily through ink786 or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a single Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ink786 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your password.
• You must notify ink786 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your Account may only be used by you personally.
• ink786 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ink786 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed.

The following documents are typically required:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or equivalent national identification document.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months confirming your residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their identity document next to their face.
• Payment method verification: Evidence linking the Player to the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of bank account in Player's name).

KYC documents will be reviewed within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may extend to 48 hours. ink786 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if we reasonably consider it necessary to comply with our obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

6 Deposits

ink786 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, and GoPay.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction caps.
• ink786 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges — these are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor. In rare cases of banking delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes.
• ink786 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source at any time. Unverified deposits may be held pending investigation.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the funds.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and matching the deposit source where possible. ink786 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 2–6 hours during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.
• ink786 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply inbound transfer charges.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, ink786 may require the withdrawal to be returned to the same method up to the deposited amount, with any surplus paid to the Player's designated bank account.
• ink786 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it forms part of a suspected fraudulent transaction, pending investigation.
• Players with active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds cannot withdraw the bonus portion until all requirements are fulfilled. Real-money deposits may remain withdrawable subject to applicable verification.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ink786 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ink786 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after issuance if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• ink786 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and activated by Players.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using promotional arbitrage strategies, or placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their Account suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ink786 — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and bandar bola (sportsbook) markets — are governed by the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games and sports events, by physical outcomes in real time. ink786 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — ink786's internal records will be used as the definitive reference for determining the outcome. Where no definitive outcome can be established, all stakes for that round will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. Bets placed outside these limits will be void.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant sporting body. Bets on postponed or abandoned events will be refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original kick-off or start time.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A single void selection will typically result in the accumulator being recalculated without that leg.
• ink786 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — and to correct manifest errors in published odds or game configurations.
• Winnings from togel draws are calculated based on the official result announced by the relevant pool operator (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, etc.) at the scheduled draw time. Late results will be settled as soon as the official result is available.

10 Responsible Gaming

ink786 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We offer the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic session cutoffs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or a permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Players of time and money spent during a session.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by ink786.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip-dumping, or any other form of cheating.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ink786.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at ink786 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Players who identify bugs are requested to report them to [email protected] immediately.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ink786 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ink786 or its licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ink786.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Use any ink786 branding, trademark, or content for commercial purposes.

Unauthorised use of ink786's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable international intellectual property law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink786 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, whether foreseeable or not.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by factors outside ink786's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system downtime, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners that affect the Platform's functionality.

In all cases where ink786 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ink786 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

15 Amendments

ink786 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.

16 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Player's Account at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any eligible balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements may have Bonus Funds cancelled upon closure.
• By ink786: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or any other reason we deem sufficient in our sole discretion.

Upon termination by either party, any real-money balance remaining in the Account after deducting any amounts owed to ink786 will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink786 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

ink786 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the Platform.
